Well friends, this is not my standard training log where I have a race goal. Right now, I'm trying to get my chub to be less chubby. That means less calories and less fuel in the workout tank. Long runs - like over 10 miles or so - are probably out of my reach. Ah the irony, I got fatter running endurance races. Not just anyone could do that. What can I say, chub is my gift.
