After yesterday's panic, I went and ran for 2 hours today. I was tired in the last mile and needed to take some walk breaks, but I was pretty strong.





































Lose 15 lbs (bumped up from 10)






















































































































































Dropped another 1.2 pounds, despite visiting Steve's family. I'm calling that a victory.
